With our flagship clinic in Langley and our growing presence in Cloverdale, we continue to expand our integrated approach to healthcare across the Lower Mainland. Since opening in 2020, Revamp has grown into a collaborative team of practitioners including Registered Massage Therapists, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Naturopathic Doctors, Acupuncturists, Kinesiologists, and Clinical Counsellors.

At Revamp, we don't just provide healthcare — we create experiences that help people move, feel, and live better. Our front desk team plays a huge role in that. We're looking for a Clinical Receptionist who can be the welcoming face of our clinic while keeping the day running smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role

This is not just a "check people in" position. Our reception team sets the tone for every patient visit. You'll be the first person patients interact with and the one who helps keep practitioners supported and schedules flowing.

We're looking for someone who is warm, confident, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

What You'll Be Doing

• Greeting patients and creating a welcoming clinic experience
• Managing bookings, cancellations, and waitlists
• Processing payments and handling daily billing tasks
• Direct billing to insurance providers and troubleshooting claim issues
• Communicating with patients, practitioners, and insurers by phone, email, and in person
• Supporting practitioners with schedule flow and patient coordination
• Maintaining accurate patient records and clinic organization
• Helping keep the front desk calm and efficient even during busy periods

What We're Looking For

• Experience with direct billing to insurance providers (strong asset)
• Reception or administrative experience in a medical or wellness setting
• Understanding of basic medical terminology
• Extremely welcoming, friendly, and confident with people
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow through on responsibilities
• Comfortable using clinic software and handling payments
• Able to commute reliably to the clinic
• A team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time or full-time opportunities available
• Evening and/or weekend availability are required
• Competitive hourly wage based on experience

Pay: $17.85-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
