JOB SUMMARYWe're looking for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who's eager to learn, contribute across multiple channels, and gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, events, content, and analytics.
You'll support the execution of marketing initiatives, help keep projects moving, and act as a key connector across teams. If you're proactive, adaptable, and excited to build a strong foundation in marketing, this role offers excellent growth potential.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESContent & Social Media
- Assist with day-to-day community engagement, including responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Assist with maintaining the content calendar and coordinating assets across teams.
- Help ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all channels.
- Conduct ongoing research into competitor activity, industry trends, and customer behaviour.
- Collect, organize, and summarize insights to help inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Support customer surveys, feedback collection, and data analysis.
- Assist with planning, logistics, and execution of trade shows, events, and tasks.
- Assist with coordinating timelines, assets, vendor communications, and event materials.
- Support on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown when required.
- Support the planning and coordination of marketing projects from kickoff through completion.
- Help ensure timelines are met, deliverables are on track, and stakeholders are informed.
- Maintain project trackers, schedules, and documentation.
- Assist team members across content, campaigns, digital, events, and operations as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Support asset management, file organization, and workflow processes.
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, campaigns, and team collaboration.
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (digital focus preferred).
- 0–2+ years of marketing experience (internships, co-ops, and relevant projects count).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems, email marketing software, social media platforms, project management software and basic analytics tools.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required by event schedules.
- Experience with Asana, Microsoft Office or design tools (e.g., Adobe and/or Figma).
- Experience supporting events or tradeshows.
- Hands-on experience across all core areas of marketing.
- Exposure to strategy, execution, and performance measurement.
- A supportive team environment focused on learning and development.
- Clear pathways for growth within the marketing function.
