Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Franchise food retail team and oversee daily store operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of retail management. This role involves managing staff, optimizing sales strategies, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency. Bilingual proficiency and prior supervisory experience are highly desirable to effectively connect with diverse customer bases and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to achieve performance goals.
• Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Manage sales activities by implementing effective sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and driving revenue growth.
• Handle customer service issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, POS transactions, pricing accuracy, and bookkeeping tasks.
• Coordinate marketing efforts within the store to promote products and special offers.
• Manage purchasing decisions to maintain optimal stock levels while controlling costs.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment.
• Utilize organizational skills to streamline store processes and improve overall store performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or store supervision with strong leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficiency in negotiation, merchandising, POS systems, purchasing, and cash handling.
• Strong background in sales management, marketing, budgeting, training & development, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively with excellent organizational skills and time management.
• Experience in customer service roles with a focus on enhancing the shopping experience.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prior experience in retail sales or store management is preferred.

Pay: $40,924.02-$55,000.00 per year
