Position Summary

We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Inbound / Outbound Logistics Specialist to join our team and support the smooth flow of materials and finished goods across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

01. Inbound Logistics

  • Coordinate inbound shipments of raw nuts, seeds, oils, packaging materials, and imported goods from suppliers (China, Vietnam, Philippine, USA etc.)
  • Work closely with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure timely clearance and delivery.
  • Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and ensure proper documentation and system entry.
  • Support receiving teams with scheduling, unloading, and storage according to food safety and allergen control standards.

02. Outbound Logistics

  • Plan and schedule outbound shipments for customers, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, packing slips, pallet labels, ASN documentation).
  • Coordinate with carriers (LTL, FTL, courier) to ensure on time pickups and deliveries.
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery issues or discrepancies.

03. Warehouse & Inventory Coordination

  • Work with warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory levels and efficient material flow.
  • Support cycle counts, reconciliations, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
  • Ensure finished goods are picked, packed, and staged according to customer requirements.

04. Cross Functional Support

  • Collaborate with production planning to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Track inbound/outbound lead times and provide updates to internal teams.
  • Maintain logistics records for audits, traceability, and food safety compliance.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain (food manufacturing experience is an asset).
  • Experience with import logistics and customs processes, especially from Asian and USA markets.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
  • Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, production driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
