REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field required. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
- 3–6+ years in Quality Assurance/test for web and backend systems (manual + automation).
- Experience testing API-driven systems (webhooks, REST), distributed workflows, and asynchronous event pipelines.
- Strong automation skills in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript; ability to integrate tests into CI.
- Hands-on performance/load testing experience (e.g., k6, JMeter, Locust, Gatling) and interpreting results.
- Comfort testing real-world, non-deterministic systems (retries, partial failures, rate limits, network variability).
- Strong documentation skills and a quality-ownership mindset.
- QA experience with voice/telephony systems and call flows; familiarity with Twilio-style testing patterns.
- Experience evaluating LLM-driven behavior using rubrics, golden conversations, and error taxonomies.
- Familiarity with common product stacks (e.g., React, NestJS, PostgreSQL, AWS) and observability tooling.
- Experience with privacy/compliance testing and audit logging requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.AI agent functional testing (conversation + actions)
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and release gates for agent workflows (inbound/outbound, qualification, booking, handoff).
Build scenario suites that validate intent handling, correct questioning, and completion of actions (including stop conditions after handoff).
Voice quality testing (ASR/TTS + real-time behavior)
Design voice test matrices for accents, background noise, interruptions, barge-in, latency, call drops, and long conversations.
Integration and tool/action testing
Test webhook ingestion, event callbacks, and conversation event logging for correctness, completeness, and ordering.
Safety, compliance, and governance testing
Validate guardrails and correct human handoff for sensitive topics and edge cases.
Verify consent and compliance behaviors in voice flows where required (e.g., recording notices) and confirm configuration correctness.
Performance, load, and reliability testing (commercialization-ready)
Build and run load/stress/soak tests across APIs and channel infrastructure (voice/SMS/email), including surge scenarios.
Defect management and release execution
Own QA triage: reproduce issues, isolate root causes, write high-signal bug reports, and validate fixes.
- Maintain regression suites and coordinate go/no-go decisions for March pilot readiness.
- Produce clear test reports for engineering and business stakeholders.
