Receptionist (Part-time)

We are excited to invite a dedicated Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis, working afternoons at our reception located at 39 Waterside . In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, providing top-notch service to visitors and staff alike.

• Be the first point of contact at the 39 Waterside Reception, and occasionally at the RST Stage Door as scheduled.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, actively promoting the Royal Shakespeare Company brand.
• Manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and handle inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Play a vital role in our evacuation strategy, collaborating with the Person in Charge and Fire Wardens.
• Support the Building Access Policy by administering staff passes and managing the door access system alongside the Stage Door team.

• The ability to convey information effectively over radio during emergencies

This is a part-time, permanent position based in Stratford-upon-Avon, with working hours of 25 hours per week , Monday to Friday, from 1 PM to 6 PM .
