We are excited to invite a dedicated Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis, working afternoons at our reception located at 39 Waterside . In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, providing top-notch service to visitors and staff alike.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Be the first point of contact at the 39 Waterside Reception, and occasionally at the RST Stage Door as scheduled.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, actively promoting the Royal Shakespeare Company brand.
- Manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and handle inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Play a vital role in our evacuation strategy, collaborating with the Person in Charge and Fire Wardens.
- Support the Building Access Policy by administering staff passes and managing the door access system alongside the Stage Door team.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong administrative abilities
- The capability to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to convey information effectively over radio during emergencies
This is a part-time, permanent position based in Stratford-upon-Avon, with working hours of 25 hours per week , Monday to Friday, from 1 PM to 6 PM .
