Border Security Specialist

As a career law enforcement officer, you will play a vital role in the U.S. Border Patrol's mission to safeguard national security and protect American communities.

The primary responsibility of this position is to detect and question individuals suspected of violating immigration laws. This may involve conducting thorough interviews, analyzing evidence, and making informed decisions about potential threats to national security.

• This role requires exceptional observational skills, as agents must be able to identify suspicious behavior and gather intelligence in various environments.


• You will also work closely with other agencies to prevent smuggling operations at or near borders by collaborating with them on investigative efforts.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position; however, an associate's degree in criminal justice or related field may be preferred
• Applicants should possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written form; proficiency in English (both reading comprehension)
