Border Control Specialist

Candidates are invited to apply for a challenging role as Customs and Border Protection Officers. In this position, you will play a vital part in safeguarding America's borders by enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws.

• This includes inspecting people, documents, and goods for criminal activity, fraud,
  deterrence of illicit operations; reviewing documentation while applying Federal State or local
  regulations; making determinations that may lead to arrests seizure fines penalties based on findings;
  ​​and analyzing cargo/bags/merchandise at ports entry points airports post offices etc.
• The CBP Field Operations Academy trains candidates in basic law enforcement skills Immigration Laws Firearm Training physical fitness etc successful completion is mandatory.
