Border Patrol Agent

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection is seeking highly skilled professionals to fill the position of Border Patrol Agent.

This role involves detecting, questioning and apprehending individuals suspected of violating immigration laws while protecting our borders.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of stress and pressure
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Possession of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in law enforcement or related field

• A fully trained BPA may be eligible for up to an additional 25% of base pay per the BPA Pay Reform Act 2014 . , - Duty location impacts pay rates; locality pay for federal law enforcement is higher in some locations than others,
      - You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without reapplying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level
