We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to support document and office workflows during tax season.
Key Responsibilities
-Scan, organize, and upload documents into internal systems
- Prepare and send emails or documents as directed
- Maintain accurate digital filing and track documents through established processes
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls as required
- Provide light office support (restocking kitchen items, tidying shared areas, emptying small garbage bins)
- Provide general administrative support as required
Qualifications
- Previous clerical or administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient with scanners, email, and digital filing systems
- Organized and reliable
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Functional English communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy office setting
Work Environment & Compensation
Casual dress (jeans acceptable; minimal client traffic)
$21-$25 per hour, depending on experience
4% vacation pay
Hours can be flexible and scheduled during office core hours (8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday).
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vancouver, BC V6R 4N6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
