We are seeking professional and reliable Industrial Security Guards to support safety and security operations at our industrial sites across North Okanagan. This role is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working in high-compliance environments.

**Responsibilities**
Maintaining strict control of all access points, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter the facility.
Verifying access cards carefully and deny entry to unauthorized individuals while maintaining professionalism.
Conducting regular patrols of the entire site to monitor for hazards, unauthorized activity, or security breaches.
Staying highly vigilant and alert at all times, anticipating potential risks and responding proactively.
Opening and closing access gates promptly, ensuring smooth operations without compromising security.
Escorting contractors, workers, and visitors safely within the facility, following all security protocols.
**Qualifications**
Minimum 12 months experience as a guard
Valid BC Security License
Advance Security Training is an asset
Basic First Aid preferred
BC Class 5 driver's license (clean)
Intermediate computer skills
Ability to pass background and site-specific clearances
Physically capable of standing, walking, and working outdoors
Strong communication and report-writing skills
Legal eligibility to work in Canada

Valid Class 5 BC Drivers License
Valid BC Security Licence
