Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and organized Social Media & Shopify Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role requires someone who can seamlessly blend design, marketing, and social media management to amplify our brand. You will work closely with our outreach person to develop campaigns, engage with our community, and ensure our brand remains fresh, consistent, and visible across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize our Shopify store, including creating and sending Shopify emails.
Design visually appealing graphics and content using Canva and other design tools.
Plan, create, and schedule content across all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
Run weekly Instagram groups and engage with our online community consistently.
Collaborate with the outreach team to develop creative campaigns to increase brand awareness.
Monitor trends and adjust content strategies to align with current brand identity.
Continuously look for ways to improve engagement, reach, and conversion across digital platforms.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Shopify and Shopify email campaigns.
Strong graphic design skills, with experience using Canva.
Experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms; TikTok experience is a strong advantage.
Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to brand identity and aesthetics.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members to strategize and execute campaigns.
