Über
We're looking for a senior editor who can edit all of our content: long‑form edits, shorts, and motion graphics in a style similar to Dan Martell / Alex Hormozi.
You'll be responsible for:
• Editing 2 YouTube videos per week (talking head + b‑roll, 8–20 min)
• Clipping those into 10-20 shorts per week (YT Shorts, IG Reels, TikTok)
• Building engaging motion graphics in After Effects:
• Dynamic text / kinetic typography
• Pop‑up callouts, diagrams, screen recordings
• Pattern interrupts every 2–4 seconds to hold attention
• Adding music, sfx, and sound design that fits our brand
• Creating and iterating on a repeatable style guide for our channel
• Delivering on tight deadlines with consistent quality
Requirements:
• 2+ years editing in Premiere Pro (or Resolve or competing editing software) for YouTube creators or brands
• Strong After Effects skills (text animation, transitions, screen comps, simple 2.5D, etc.)
• Portfolio with YouTube or short‑form edits in the style of Dan Martell / Hormozi / Cody Sanchez (or similar motion‑heavy business content)
• Comfortable taking raw talking‑head and turning it into a highly produced, graphics‑heavy final
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and retention (hooks, re‑hooks, pattern interrupts)
• Reliable communication, fast turnaround, open to feedback
Nice to have:
• Experience with Google Drive
• Thumbnail design experience

Shortlisted applicants will complete a paid test edit.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
