From our innovative Paneer Noodle Burger to our flavourful Bhelpuri and Golgappe, every item is a culinary ADVENTURE just waiting for the right General Manager to grow existing and open locations across Vancouver and BEYOND The fusion of our Indian flavors with classic fast food staples like burgers and hot dogs is truly a treat for anyone. Our dishes, culture and restaurants are bursting with boldness and we are looking for the right high energy General Manager who is willing to work hard, loves a fast paced environment, builds high performing accountable team and can stand in the heat of the entrepreneurial fire with a calm, cool composure, implementing and improving systems and processes so every employee feels supported and every culinary and customer experience is delivered with zest, excellence and a smile
We have two locations busy and fully operational and we have rapid expansion planned. We are seeking a General Manager who combines seasoned experience with strong leadership and operational discipline to deliver consistent performance and exceptional guest experiences.

Operationalize the Desi Rasoi Brand Across Multiple Locations
System and Process Leadership
Your Areas of Responsibility:
Operations and Service Excellence:
Oversee daily operations, including opening, shift management, and closing.
Enforce strict food safety, hygiene, and company standards with zero compromise.
Maintain service speed benchmarks and customer satisfaction scores.
Ensure full compliance with inspections, audits, and operational checklists.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, schedule, and supervise a team of 30–40 staff.
Enforce company policies and standards, applying accountability consistently.
Provide regular food quality checks, safety checks and performance feedback and deliver corrective coaching and documentation when needed.
Identify and develop team leads and assistant managers for growth.
Financial & KPI Accountability
Manage scheduling and staffing to maintain labour cost targets.
Control food cost and waste through accurate portioning and accountability.
Track and analyze KPI dashboards (sales, labour %, ticket size, speed of service, complaints).
Report results and corrective action plans to senior leadership on a regular basis.
Standards & Best Practices
Maintain consistency across all locations with strict enforcement of SOPs.
Use structured systems (checklists, scheduling tools, KPI reviews) to drive operational discipline.
Lead by example on the floor, demonstrating service, speed, and accountability.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of QSR / fast-food management experience (multi-unit or high-volume preferred).
Proven ability to lead and discipline large teams (30+ staff) with strict standards enforcement.
Strong track record of managing labour scheduling, food cost, and overall P&L.
Skilled in KPI analysis, dashboard reporting, and corrective action planning.
Proficiency in POS systems (PAR ) and QSR compliance tools.
High energy, detail-oriented, and decisive leader who thrives in structured, fast-paced environments.
