What You Will Accomplish With Us
As a Project Management Intern, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Participate in project planning, monitoring, and coordination (objectives, deliverables, risks, timelines, dashboards, tracking tools, governance meetings, etc.).
Take charge of certain departmental projects and support efforts to enhance the performance of the business system.
Document partner needs, clarify expectations, and produce structured analyses to support decision‑making.
Prepare various deliverables such as meeting minutes, presentations, tracking templates, and other working documents.
Identify operational pain points, analyze root causes, and recommend solutions to optimize existing processes.
Collaborate closely with partners, users, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Apply project management, Lean, and continuous improvement principles in daily activities.

We are looking for someone who:
Is currently completing a master's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or any related field.
Is recognized for the ability to build strong working relationships with partners at various organizational levels.
Stands out for a strong interest in project management, collaboration, and problem‑solving.
Demonstrates curiosity, autonomy, rigor, and strong analytical thinking.
Has knowledge of Lean/Agile principles (an asset).
