We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our distribution center by performing a variety of tasks related to the storage, movement, and preparation of goods. Responsibilities may include receiving and inspecting shipments, picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position is crucial for ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining inventory accuracy. A commitment to Safety and teamwork is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and shipments.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment, following all company Safety guidelines.
- Wear appropriate PPE , such as safety vests and gloves, as required by the job.
- Assist with inventory counts and other related tasks.
- Perform physical tasks, including Lifting items up to 50 pounds.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals within our Logistics framework.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and perform frequent Lifting .
- Understanding of and commitment to workplace Safety and the correct use of PPE .
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Familiarity with Logistics operations is beneficial.
