We are seeking a dynamic Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is pivotal to our company's success, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently through our logistics network. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order requirements.
- Verify product details, quantities, and quality before packaging.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently to ensure safe delivery, using appropriate materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and common areas.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and wear required PPE at all times.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counting and stock put-away.
- Meet daily performance targets for speed and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment role is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret order instructions and product information accurately.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Must be able to handle lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- A strong focus on workplace safety and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
