Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify order accuracy before dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Follow all **safety** guidelines and wear required **PPE**.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse **logistics**.
- Perform **lifting** duties to move products to packing stations.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment issues.
- Assist with inventory management as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive **lifting** up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of **safety** protocols and **PPE** usage.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse **logistics** is a plus.
