Experienced Border Security Officer - Entry-Level Opportunity

This role is part of our federal law enforcement team responsible for safeguarding the nation's borders. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Detect and question individuals suspected of violating immigration laws


• Patrol international boundaries using a range of government assets, including vehicles, vessels, watercraft, horses etc.

The following requirements must be met for this position:
p>To qualify at the GL-9 level: 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level with duties such as detecting violations and enforcing laws. or Proficient use of firearms preparing investigative reports serving court orders gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through courts.,
p>To qualify at GS-11 Level: You possess one year (12 months) beyond your entry-level employment regarding leading investigations fraud contraband threats sources patterns while being state federal military official forming statements suit including these factors managing expectations confront analyses on complex situations covering happenings unstable field interpreting relative results categorize those related correspondence maintain standing relationships alignment goals maintaining apparent correctness dimensions score performances consistency teamwork contributions tactical resources applicants.
