This role is medium scope, part-time, and ideal for someone who enjoys turning chaos into clear systems. I am not looking for a generalist who needs constant direction. I am looking for someone who can follow instructions, track progress, and proactively flag what needs attention.
What you will help with:
• Organizing and tracking administrative tasks and deadlines
• Helping manage email follow-ups, forms, documents, and records
• Creating simple trackers and task lists and keeping them updated
• Assisting with scheduling, reminders, and coordination
• Supporting light project management for ongoing items (not strategy, execution support only)
• Helping close out long-standing to-do items with clear next steps
What this role is NOT:
• Not executive decision-making
• Not financial decision authority
• Not full-time
• Not personal errands
Ideal candidate:
• Highly organized and reliable
• Excellent written communication
• Comfortable with Google Workspace and basic task management tools
• Proactive but not overstepping
• Calm, grounded, and able to work independently once expectations are clear
• Experience supporting busy professionals or founders is a plus
Working style:
• 10 to 15 hours per week to start
• Clear task lists and priorities provided
• Weekly check-in for alignment and adjustments
• Ongoing work if it is a good fit
