Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a CNC Programmer/Machinist located at Preferred CNC's facility in Windsor, Ontario. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting technical drawings, developing and optimizing CNC programs, setting up and operating CNC machines, and ensuring precise manufacturing processes. The role requires collaboration with engineers to implement design adjustments and maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency in production.
Qualifications
Proficiency in CNC Programming and Machining
Experience in Milling and understanding of Technical Drawing
Familiarity with Programming and operating CNC machinery
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with Powermill 2026, Fusion360, or similar software is an asset
Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
