Occasional visits to clients in DGermany and to meet with colleagues in Germany. Salary according to experience in the range €70k to €90k plus €4500 car allowance, 12% yearly bonus paid quarterly and good benefits.
In this role you will
* meet clients who have bought your company's WFM/T&A solution
* attend a kickoff meeting (remote or face to face) to understand the scope of the project
* analyse processes and rules in relation to Time and Attendance or Workforce Management solutions
* consult with and advise the client on the solution
* create a specification document to outline the requirements
* configure the software to meet clients' needs as outlined in the document
* test, oversee UAT and roll out the software
* work with colleagues who are implementing the HR or Payroll or other modules if relevant
* organise interfaces with the client's existing HR or payroll or other solutions.
You must already have experience of software for Time and Attendance / Workforce Management or rostering.
