About the Role:
As a CBRE Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for facility building maintenance focusing on retail sites within the Newark/Wilmington area. You'll be focused on several trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general building repairs. The company provides a fully equipped vehicle, essential tools, fuel card, relevant technology and a branded uniform to support job performance.
What You'll Do:
Oversee maintenance and repairs to the mechanical, plumbing, structural and control systems for the facility to keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards as assigned.
Review inspections of building including HVAC, plumbing and electrical to ensure the operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by the client.
Must demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills in reviewing work orders, provide estimated time of completion and materials needed to complete the repair.
Maintain truck stock inventory to account for adequate supplies and tools.
Preform preventive maintenance work orders to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life; oversee repairs and emergency maintenance as needed.
Oversee compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
Operate company-issued vehicles in the execution of daily work responsibilities.
Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
Work within broad guidelines and policies.
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver's license required.
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Apple products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Corrigo experience is a plus.
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

What you'll need
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in IT, Finance, or a related field of study with 10-12 years of experience in financial systems or a related field. In lieu of a degree, a combination of relevant experience and education will be considered.
Minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementing/supporting financial systems, with at least 5 years of experience of implementing and supporting BlackLine application. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
Expert-level proficiency in BlackLine (required). This includes experience with all BlackLine modules and functionalities, and a proven track record of implementing and optimizing BlackLine solutions.
Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Blackline/Intercompany certification preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
In-depth knowledge of intercompany accounting principles, including transfer pricing, eliminations, and consolidation.
Good understanding of balance sheet reconciliation processes and best practices.
The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
Ability to adapt to changing business environments and business needs
High level of accuracy and attention to details in all aspects of work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and business stakeholders
Ability to lead and manage project teams
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Mobile Engineer position is $32 per hour and the maximum salary for the Mobile Engineer position is $40 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
