Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Crane Truck Operator located in Metro Vancouver, BC. The Crane Truck Operator will be responsible for operating a crane-equipped truck to transport loads, ensuring all operations comply with safety and regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading cargo, securing loads for safe transit, conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, and maintaining accurate delivery logs. Collaboration with team members to ensure timely and reliable delivery services is essential.
Qualifications
-22 ton Folding Boom or higher certification
-Class 1 license is preferred, class 3 required
-Proven experience operating cranes, particularly boom trucks.
-Strong mechanical knowledge related to crane operation and maintenance.
-Ability to rig loads effectively and safely.
-Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
-Customer service orientation to enhance client satisfaction during operations.
-Experience with loading, unloading, and securing heavy cargo
-Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
-Physical fitness to perform manual tasks, such as handling heavy loads
-Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
