A Strategic Role at the Heart of Our Operations
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Equipment Planning, the Fleet Maintenance Planner plays a key role in the organization's operational performance. You will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing production plans to support the maintenance program, ensure compliance with service levels, and meet the needs of various projects.
Working closely with multiple stakeholders, you will have a direct impact on resource optimization, rolling stock availability, and the reliability of the information used to make critical decisions. Your expertise will help improve operational visibility, reduce risks, and ensure efficient execution of production activities.

What We Are Looking For
Plan and coordinate maintenance activities by preparing schedules, monitoring task progress, analyzing resource constraints, and collaborating with production teams to ensure operational targets are met and risks are addressed.
Analyze maintenance and production data to identify trends, highlight deviations, and recommend planning adjustments to meet operational targets and strategic objectives.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track operational performance, equipment status, and key planning metrics. Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
Support the development and continuous improvement of planning tools, dashboards, and reports (e.g., CMMIS, Power BI, Excel, Interal, WinProd) to enhance visibility and decision-making.
Prepare analytical reports and performance summaries to support senior management. Provide data-driven input to support forecasting, simulations, and capacity reviews.
Participate in planning meetings and collaborative forums to provide insights, raise risks, and contribute to short- and long-term planning or identifying corrective actions for plan variances.
Responsabilities
University degree in operations management, data analytics, engineering, or a related field, or at least 3–5 years of experience in an operation or planning environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong expertise in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, automation).
Experience with analytical tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and Maximo (or equivalent systems) is an asset.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Bilingual (oral and written).
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
Proactive and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
