The role focuses on editing structured personal branding and authority-driven content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Responsibilities
• Edit short-form videos using CapCut
• Add dynamic subtitles in Arabic
• Apply pacing optimized for retention
• Use hooks, pattern interrupts, and visual transitions
• Enhance videos with captions, sound effects, and clean cuts
• Maintain consistent visual identity and brand tone
• Deliver optimized exports for each platform
Requirements
• Native Arabic speaker
• Advanced proficiency in CapCut (mobile and/or desktop)
• Proven portfolio of short-form videos with strong performance
• Understanding of retention-focused editing
• Ability to follow structured content direction
• Experience editing for personal brands or creators
• Fast turnaround time
Work Structure
• Hourly-based collaboration
• Ongoing projects
• Clear performance benchmarks
• Portfolio submission required
