Fraser Montessori Children's House is a warm, child-centered licensed childcare program committed to nurturing the whole child in a safe, respectful, and engaging Montessori-inspired environment. We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team

Position Details

• Position: ECE

• Schedule: Full-time or Part-time (Monday–Friday)

• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible where possible)

• Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities

• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

• Observe, guide, and support children's social and emotional development

• Maintain positive communication with parents and staff

• Follow Community Care Licensing regulations and centre policies

• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team

Qualifications

• Valid BC ECE or ECE Assistant Certificate

• Valid First Aid & CPR

• Clear Criminal Record Check

• Experience in a Montessori or childcare setting is an asset

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Passion for working with young children
