Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to enhance customer understanding of merchandise.
• Execute merchandising strategies to maintain an appealing store layout and product presentation.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.

Skills

• Proficiency in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers.
• Experience in retail sales, technology sales, or technical sales is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
