Altum Health is currently recruiting an energetic and well-organized
Operational Clinical Practice Leader
to support our
Barrie
site with expertise in all Assessment and Treatment Streams. The Operational Clinical Practice Leader performs activities to facilitate the effective functioning of various programs in Altum Health at University Health Network.

The Operational Clinical Practice Leader works with and supports program staff, the management team, administrative coordinators, and other Practice Leaders.

The Principal Responsibilities Of This Include

  • Providing leadership and clinical expertise in patient care in the provision of clinic/assessment and treatment services
  • Promoting quality activities and supporting staff
  • Performing administrative and operational functions in support of the program and/or Manager
  • Promoting Altum Health's services
  • Providing educational services
  • Providing clinical care to clients/patients
  • Performing other duties consistent with the job classification, as required

Qualifications

  • A regulated health care professional with academic qualifications from a recognized university
  • Registered with the appropriate regulatory College of Ontario
  • Three (3) years' experience required in the provision of acute rehabilitation services
  • Three (3) years leadership experience preferred
  • Experience working with WSIB Specialty Programs
  • Knowledge of all Altum Health product lines
  • Ability to influence, mentor & motivate others
  • Ability to multi-task, and work a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop, implement and monitor a quality management programs
  • Compliance with legislation outlined in Regulated Health Professions Act (1991)
