Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and increase sales revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts, proposals, and partnership agreements ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business growth initiatives.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track leads, manage client information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports on business development activities, market trends, and competitive analysis for senior management review.

Experience

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field within a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating deals and closing sales with clients or partners.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and digital marketing tools to support outreach efforts.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; advanced degrees are a plus. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
