Duties

- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and increase sales revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations.
- Lead negotiations for contracts, proposals, and partnership agreements ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business growth initiatives.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track leads, manage client information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on business development activities, market trends, and competitive analysis for senior management review.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field within a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating deals and closing sales with clients or partners.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and digital marketing tools to support outreach efforts.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; advanced degrees are a plus.
