About Us:

Demon Powersports is a Canadian powersports and mobility organization that supports dealers and customers with reliable products and responsive service. We operate through three divisions: Demon Powersports, our core powersports business focused on product support, parts, and after-sales service; Demon Electric, dedicated to electric mobility solutions and dealer-ready support; and Unit Sales – Segway, focused on Segway unit sales, order management, dealer communication, and after-sales support. Across all divisions, we are committed to strong dealer partnerships, practical field-driven expertise, and consistent ownership experience from purchase through long-term support.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives across our powersports and automotive product lines. This junior role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who is eager to grow in brand and digital marketing, support events and dealer activities, and help ensure marketing projects are delivered accurately and on time. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations) to support day-to-day marketing execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and tone across marketing materials and channels.
  • Assist in developing and updating marketing collateral (brochures, product flyers, digital ads, email campaigns, presentations, basic packaging support).
  • Coordinate with the Graphic Design team to request, track, and organize creative assets, ensuring deliverables are brand-aligned.
  • Maintain an organized marketing asset library (files, templates, photos, videos) and ensure version control.
  • Assist with social media posting schedules, caption drafts, and content coordination (photos/video selection, posting support).
  • Support email campaign execution (list coordination, basic formatting support, proofing, scheduling).
  • Assist with website updates (basic content updates, product info updates, banners, announcements) as assigned.
  • Support SEO/SEM and digital advertising initiatives through coordination tasks (keyword research support, performance tracking, reporting).
  • Track campaign performance metrics (email performance, web traffic, social engagement, ad results) and compile reports.
  • Maintain simple KPI dashboards and provide insights on what's working and what can be improved.
  • Support market and competitor research (pricing, promotions, messaging, channel activity) and summarize findings.
  • Support planning and coordination of events such as tradeshows, demo days, VIP events, and dealer promotions.
  • Assist with logistics preparation (materials, signage, product displays, handouts) and ensure items are ready and shipped on time.
  • Capture event content (photos/videos) and organize post-event content for marketing use.
  • Travel occasionally to support events and dealer activities, as required.
  • Work with Sales and Operations to coordinate marketing material timelines and distribution.
  • Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives related to brand and culture.
  • Help manage project timelines, task lists, and follow-ups to ensure marketing deliverables stay on schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1–2 years of marketing experience (co-op/internship experience may be considered), ideally involving digital marketing, content coordination, or event support.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation principles.
  • Strong organization and project coordination skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with tools like Canva or Adobe is an asset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with multiple priorities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for events.

Demon Powersports is committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible environment. We welcome and encourage applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds. Accommodation is available upon request throughout the recruitment process. Please inform your recruiter if you require any accommodation during the interview.
