Janitor/Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor to join our facilities maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various commercial spaces. This role is essential to ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and visitors.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks to support overall facility upkeep.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning minimum two years
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move objects as required for cleaning tasks.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure all duties are completed efficiently.

Pay: From $17.75 per hour
