We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
• Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management
• Maintain cleanliness of work stations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours

Skills

• Experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food service setting
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Serving experience or familiarity with food industry standards is a plus

This role is vital for delivering exceptional dining experiences and maintaining the high standards of our establishment. Great for somebody who already has an existing job and is looking for some extra hours in the week to make some more money. The tentative work schedule will be as follows:

Tuesday: 6 pm - 11 pm

Friday: 7 pm - Close

Saturday: 7 pm – Close

Sunday: 4:00 pm – 11 pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 22 per week
