We are looking for a driven, autonomous, and results-oriented professional to lead our commercial expansion across Canada outside Quebec, with an initial focus on Ontario and British Columbia.
This is a market-creation role — not a maintenance position.
Your Role
You will be responsible for developing and structuring Immosquare's commercial presence across Canada outside Quebec by directly engaging with real estate brokers and agencies and ensuring real adoption of our solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesField-Based Business Development
- Active prospecting of brokers and real estate agencies (field / door-to-door)
- Presenting Immosquare's marketing solutions and platform
- Acquiring and onboarding new clients
- Post-sale follow-up to ensure real product usage and client retention
Market Expansion
- Prioritize and structure growth in Ontario and British Columbia
- Map key players and opportunities within each territory
- Develop local partnerships and strategic relationships
- Represent the company at industry events and meetings
Internal Collaboration
- Manage and track sales opportunities
- Provide structured market feedback (needs, objections, trends)
- Work closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams
Ideal Profile
- Minimum 5 years of B2B business development experience
- Strong field sales and direct prospecting background
- Comfortable building a market from scratch
- Excellent relationship-building and organizational skills
- English required – French is an asset
- Experience in real estate, marketing, or SaaS is a strong asset
- Entrepreneurial mindset and high level of autonomy
Compensation & Conditions
- Full-time position (40 hours/week)
- Base salary + performance-based bonus
- Target On-Target Earnings (OTE): approximately $90,000
- Frequent travel across Canada outside Quebec (priority: ON & BC)
