Mr. Lube + Tires has an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator

Mr. Lube + Tires is seeking a highly organized and efficient Accounts Payable Administrator with strong communication skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, organization, and finishing what they start, is comfortable handling recurring accounting tasks and stepping into new ones as needed.

Reporting to the Controller, this is an onsite role located in the Richmond, BC corporate office.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable administration: invoice processing, approvals, payments, and filing
• Vendor and statement reconciliations, follow-ups, and issue resolution
• General ledger support, including coding, reconciliations, and corrections
• Month-end support, including cut-offs, accruals, and documentation
• Maintaining organized accounting records with clear audit trails
• Responding to internal and external accounting inquiries accurately and promptly
• Assisting with other accounting and administrative tasks as required

• Issues are flagged early and clearly

Requirements

• 2+ years in Accounts Payable, Accounting Clerk, Accounting Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
• Experience with Sage 300 accounting software is an asset.
• Clear written and verbal communication

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
