AZ Truck Driver

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our logistics team. This role involves transporting freight safely and efficiently across various routes, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining high safety standards. Duties

• Safely operate commercial trucks to transport freight over designated routes
• Supervise loading and unloading of freight at the shipping grounds and DCs
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
• Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary
• Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws during transportation activities
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules or issues

Skills

• Valid AZ driver's license with clean CVOR
• Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety standards
• Ability to perform basic automotive repairs and troubleshooting
• Strong organizational skills for managing delivery schedules and documentation
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with team members and clients
• Physical ability to maneuver truck parts and perform vehicle inspections

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
