Pizza Cook

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pizza Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role involves preparing delicious pizzas, maintaining high standards of food safety, and providing excellent service to our guests. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, especially within the food industry or food service environment. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
• Assist in food preparation, including chopping ingredients, assembling toppings, and portioning dough
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety standards
• Ensure all food handling procedures are followed to uphold hygiene and safety regulations
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during meal preparation
• Support the serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of freshly prepared menu items
• Adhere to restaurant policies regarding food safety, sanitation, and quality control

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is required, Pizza making experience is plus
• Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and kitchen operations within the food industry is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
