Nestled just outside the community of Creemore, and only 25 minutes south of Collingwood, Mad River is a welcoming private golf club known for its relaxed atmosphere, strong membership, and culture built on values rather than rules. Our team takes pride in creating an environment where members, guests, and staff all feel part of the community.

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Line Cooks / Prep Cooks for the 2026 golf season. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a team environment, take pride in consistency and cleanliness, and want to grow their kitchen skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to club standards
• Assist with daily food prep and kitchen setup
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support the kitchen team during service periods
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating deliveries
• Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
• Food Handler certification required or willingness to obtain
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable and organized work habits
• Desire to learn and grow in a culinary environment

Position Details:

• Seasonal: April–November
• Days, evenings, and weekends required
• Kitchen uniform required
• Competitive wages based on experience

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
