We are currently recruiting for a full-time Project Manager in our Property Damage & Restoration Services Division.

Location: This role will be based out of our Calgary office at Frontier Crescent, Rocky View County, and will require regular travel throughout the greater Calgary metropolitan area.

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am- 4:30pm

*Participation in a rotating on-call emergency schedule is a requirement of this position

RESONSIBILITIES

  • Perform site inspections and accurately record all related details of any necessary emergency and repair work
  • Scope and sketch out new insurance claims
  • Ensure the preparation of accurate quotations
  • Create and execute project estimates schedules and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Manage existing client relationships and foster and grow new relationships with industry partners
  • Consistently meet or exceed industry monitored KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Manage project budget/estimate
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for each project
  • Work with your team to follow up with outstanding receivables

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years' work experience within the Property Damage & Restoration Services industry
  • Proficiency with Xactimate, Encircle, and PSA programs
  • Experience handling insurance repair claims valued at $75,000-250,000
  • Access to own vehicle and a good driving record is required
  • Valid IICRC Certifications strongly preferred
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Strong work ethic with an attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a team

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Clear criminal background check and clean driver's abstract
  • Availability Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Participation in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours Emergency Restoration Services
  • Attending and actively participating in ongoing training and safety certifications as needed and to make every effort to attempt to pass any exams that may be required
