Secure-Rite Mobile Storage is seeking an experienced Full Cycle Bookkeeper at our Head Office in Kelowna. Secure-Rite Mobile Storage ( serves mobile storage needs in BC and Alberta from our locations in Kelowna, Vernon, Penticton, Prince George, Calgary, and Vancouver.
Under the CFO's oversight, the Bookkeeper is responsible for the day-to-day financial transactions of the organization.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience working with Microsoft Office products in an office environment.

The Bookkeepers responsibilities are:
- Manage the day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Monitoring financial transactions and reports
- Managing the accounts payable & receivable
- Processing of payroll & benefits
- Manage client billing and administration
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Other duties as required
The Bookkeepers Qualifications:
- A degree in accounting/bookkeeping certification
- Advanced knowledge and experience with accounting and bookkeeping software (QuickBooks Enterprise preferred)
- 3+ years of experience coordinating and developing procedures for an organization's finance department
- The ability to work to strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology, including Microsoft Suite

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
