Your future duties and responsibilities
Deliver training to internal and external clients
Provide training on payroll, our business solutions (e.g., report generator, Records of - Employment, Human Resources, etc.)
Select and apply instructional design models and learning theories to create effective learning programs
- Participate in the development and validation of various training materials (e.g., presentations, participant guides, instructor guides, procedures, etc.)
- Contribute to improving existing training content
- Keep training databases up to date based on new system features (production releases)
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of new functionalities developed in the applications
- Monitor and improve training quality through surveys, call listening, and results analysis
- Help identify training needs and participate in internal training activities
- Support advisors on various applications
- Perform administrative tasks
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- College or university education in pedagogy, adult education, human resources, accounting, or a related field
- At least three years of experience in training, skills development, payroll, or a related discipline
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Experience designing blended learning programs using various methods
- Strong consulting skills with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Good priority management, organizational, and planning abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English
- High creativity
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong computer literacy
- Knowledge or mastery of a learning platform
- Payroll knowledge (asset)
- Knowledge of payroll systems (Nethris or EmployeurD is an asset)
- Customer service knowledge (asset)
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60 000–$ This role is an existing vacancy.
