Maintenance department

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate brings a diverse skill set and a solid understanding of building operations and organization. A working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general repairs is essential.

The successful applicant will be comfortable troubleshooting a wide range of maintenance issues and resolving them promptly to minimize disruption to guests and staff. Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to preventative maintenance are key qualities for this role.

Effective communication skills are important, as the position requires regular coordination with hotel management and staff to ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment is highly advantageous. Candidates who demonstrate leadership, adaptability, trustworthiness, and a commitment to supporting both the hotel and its guests may have the opportunity to grow into a supervisory role.

What We're Looking For:

• A team player with a proactive mindset
• Basic repair and maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.)
• Ability to troubleshoot and respond to service requests efficiently
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff
• Respond promptly to service requests from staff and guests
• Ensure safety standards and cleanliness are maintained
• Assist with seasonal and project-based work as needed
• Perform pool maintenance
• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must be reliable and punctual
