Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in medical or dental office settings is a plus, but not required. The position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and positive client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with staff using office management software such as QuickBooks and Google Workspace
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, including updating client records and filing documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, maintain filing systems, and organize office supplies
- Assist with administrative duties such as proofreading documents, managing calendars, and supporting bookkeeping activities
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or in person
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment
- Support other clerical tasks including typing correspondence, managing front desk operations, and supporting medical or dental office functions if applicable
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and office management software such as QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Outstanding phone etiquette and customer service skills for handling inquiries professionally
- Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and administrative support
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
- Experience in medical or dental office environments is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing or record keeping if needed
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.20-$27.73 per hour
