We are seeking a talented
Senior Software Engineer
to join a Platform Engineering team at a SaaS company. This role is ideal for a senior-level engineer with deep expertise in
Go (Golang)
, strong integration experience, and a background in cloud-native infrastructure and DevOps practices.

You will play a key role in defining and executing the technical roadmap for core integration technologies while collaborating cross-functionally with architecture and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and help execute the technical roadmap for core integration capabilities.

• Partner with peer engineering teams to integrate services across the broader platform.

• Support hiring, mentoring, and fostering a high-performing engineering culture.

• Collaborate with architecture and product teams to review requirements, technical designs, and implementation strategies.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality software components using Go.

• Build and optimize data transformation processes to ensure efficient and reliable data exchange between systems.

• Architect, deploy, and manage containerized services using Terraform and Kubernetes.

• Implement best practices for code quality, security, observability, and scalability across application and infrastructure layers.

• Develop and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure service reliability and performance.

• Troubleshoot complex integration, data, and cloud deployment issues.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 9+ years of software development experience, including extensive hands-on experience with Go (Golang).

• Strong expertise with container technologies, particularly Kubernetes and Terraform.

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Solid understanding of microservices and distributed systems architecture, including event-driven systems.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Background working with or implementing AI frameworks (including agentic AI is an asset).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
