Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in hospitality and loves creating exceptional guest experiences? We're looking for an experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our hotel.

What You'll Do

As our Hotel Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction by:

  • Supervising and coordinating all hotel departments, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance
  • Overseeing guest services to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving concerns promptly and professionally
  • Managing daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating team members through effective supervision, training, and development
  • Overseeing hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
  • Maintaining budgetary controls, monitoring expenses, and optimizing revenue opportunities
  • Implementing and upholding hotel policies, procedures, and service standards in compliance with industry regulations
  • Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and health regulations to provide a secure environment for guests and staff
  • Handling guest inquiries (in person and by phone) with professionalism and exceptional hospitality
  • Collaborating with marketing efforts to promote the hotel's services, amenities, and guest experience

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings both experience and heart to the role:

  • Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality or hotel industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams
  • Excellent customer service skills with a genuine focus on guest satisfaction
  • Previous hotel experience required; front desk operations experience is a plus
  • Human resources knowledge related to hiring, training, and team development
  • Budgeting and financial oversight experience
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest community
  • Exceptional communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
  • A true passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
