We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to support account management activities, including preparing presentations and promotional forms, managing product listings, analyzing sales data, and coordinating promotional recaps, while ensuring process alignment and strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

The Opportunity
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible to provide administrative and analytical support for account management activities, including preparing presentations and promotional forms, managing product listings, analyzing sales and Point-of-Sale data, and coordinating promotional recaps. You will also ensure process alignment across regions and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to enable smooth operations and deliver exceptional service.
Primary Duties:
Supporting Key Account Managers with account-specific daily operations, including major accounts such as Loblaw, Sobeys, and Walmart
Prepare account-specific presentations, item maintenance forms and promotional forms
Prepare new listing / delisting documents for internal use and ensure distribution to Client Management
Assist in preparing promotional recaps for internal and external stakeholders
Analyze various retailer Point-of-Sale reports and market-data to provide insights to the Key Account Managers
Collaborate with support staff across the country to ensure national alignment of processes, tools, and strategies
Develop excellent working relationships with all customers and internal stakeholders
Contribute to the overall administrative operations of our Mississauga office
Comply with all Standing Operational Procedures and company policies and procedures
Act as an Indigo ambassador, exemplifying our culture in all communications and interactions
Qualifications
Education: Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience: 2-5 years in sales coordination, administration, or related CPG support roles
Knowledge of the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry and retailer processes/terminology
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Familiarity with major Canadian retailers (Loblaw, Sobeys, Walmart, Metro) is a strong asset
Skills & Attributes
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Clear and professional communicator who collaborates well with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
Proactive problem‑solver who works effectively both independently and within a team.
Comfortable analyzing POS and market‑data reports to support key account activities.
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and handle product samples (up to 10 lbs).)
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range of $55,000-$62,000, commensurate with experience
