This is a remote, contract, as-needed role — not full-time. We are specifically looking for a long-term development partner. This is not a mid-level developer role or someone still growing into Webflow. If you're not extremely confident in Webflow at an expert / power-user level, this role is not a fit.
What We're Looking For (Must-Haves)
This role is expert-only. You must:
Have 5+ years of hands-on Webflow experience
Have built at least 5 complex, real-world Webflow sites
Be a Webflow expert / "magician" who knows how to push the platform beyond its native limits
Have strong full-stack fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Be highly comfortable with custom code inside Webflow
Understand advanced CMS architecture, performance optimization, and scalability
Be confident implementing complex interactions, logic, and dynamic UI
Communicate clearly and work well async
Be comfortable stepping in on an as-needed basis, on short-term contracts for complex Webflow integrations, custom functionality, and advanced builds.
Mid-level or junior experience will not be considered.

What You'll Be Working On
Projects will involve advanced, non-trivial Webflow development, including:
Complex CMS systems (multi-collection relationships, filters, dynamic content)
Custom JavaScript for advanced behaviors and logic
High-end interactions & animations (scroll-driven, state-based, dynamic UI)
Third-party integrations (Memberstack, Stripe, Zapier, Airtable, APIs)
Memberships, gated content, dashboards, and conditional flows
Performance optimization and production-ready builds
Translating high-fidelity designs into precise, scalable Webflow implementations
