We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new store at Midtown Plaza, and we are looking for enthusiastic applicants to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.
About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting the team, and driving business success. Including but not limited to…
Support the management of shift schedules to maintain adequate staffing levels and ensure smooth operations
Supervise daily store activities and staff performance, ensuring efficient operations to drive sales
Effectively communicate and implement plans to associates on upcoming sales targets, company initiatives, ongoing promotions, and marketing strategies to ensure that they are well-informed and aligned with business objectives
Provide clear instructions, answer questions, and offer guidance to maintain consistency and foster a positive and supportive environment
Lead the team by example in delivering outstanding customer service and best practices
Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, striving for a positive resolution to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members
Serve as the primary point of contact in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring that all tasks are carried out and in line with company standards
What We're Looking For
A strong track record with 3 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store management position
Passionate about the Asian beauty industry, dedicated to continuous learning, sharing expertise, and staying up to date with the latest products and trends to lead staff and enhance the customer experience
Skilled in effective communication and building strong interpersonal relationships
Demonstrated strong leadership and store operation capabilities
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
Ability to balance operational efficiency with team development
