Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Account Manager role located in Toronto, ON. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing relationships, and providing guidance on utilizing 's AI-powered toolkit for online marketing success. Daily tasks include client communication, account analysis, and strategic planning to optimize business growth.
What You'll Do
Own and nurture relationships for a portfolio of SMB clients
Conduct strategy calls, performance reviews, and identify upsell opportunities
Troubleshoot issues, manage internal workflows, and advocate for your clients
Collaborate with marketing, support, and product teams to drive client success
Proactively use and update the Webware platform to ensure each client's account is current, optimized, and delivering high-quality content and services
Implement real-time changes based on client needs and platform performance
Qualifications
Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in digital marketing or online marketing
Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights
Proficiency in CRM software, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suite
Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or similar to generate insights and streamline communication
2–4 years in a client-facing role (Account Manager, Customer Success, etc.)
Based in Toronto and able to work in the office daily
