Description du poste
Le ou la technicien(ne) en informatique assure le support technique de premier et de second niveau auprès des utilisateurs, en intervenant sur les problématiques logicielles, matérielles, réseau et opérationnelles.
La personne en poste effectue le diagnostic, la réparation, le remplacement et la configuration d'équipements informatiques variés, tout en assurant un suivi rigoureux des incidents jusqu'à leur résolution ou leur escalade au besoin.
Elle participe aux projets informatiques internes et clients, utilise des outils de prise de contrôle à distance et surveille les infrastructures à l'aide d'outils de monitoring afin d'intervenir de façon proactive.
Le rôle comprend également la mise à jour de la documentation technique, des billets de service et de l'inventaire client, ainsi que l'application des bonnes pratiques en cybersécurité. Le ou la technicien(ne) contribue enfin à l'amélioration continue des processus et à l'automatisation des tâches lorsque possible.
Profil recherché
DEP en soutien informatique
Excellente capacité d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et gestion des priorités.
Bilinguisme (français/anglais, parlé et écrit).
Excellentes habiletés de communication et capacité à vulgariser clairement les enjeux techniques.
Connaissance de Linux / Debian et de la virtualisation (Proxmox ou équivalent — atout important).
Rigueur, minutie et sens élevé de la confidentialité et de la cybersécurité. Habitude de documenter efficacement son travail dans un contexte structuré.

Role Description
The IT Technician provides first- and second-level technical support to users, addressing software, hardware, network, and operational issues.
The successful candidate will perform diagnostics, repairs, replacements, and configuration of various IT equipment, while ensuring thorough follow-up of incidents through to resolution or escalation when necessary.
The technician will participate in internal and client IT projects, use remote support tools, and monitor infrastructure using internal monitoring systems in order to intervene proactively.
The role also includes maintaining up-to-date technical documentation, service tickets, and client inventory records, as well as applying cybersecurity best practices in all interventions. The IT Technician will also contribute to continuous process improvement and task automation whenever possible.
Candidate Profile
DEP in Computer Support
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)
Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly explain technical concepts
Knowledge of Linux / Debian and virtualization (Proxmox or equivalent — strong asset)
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and strong sense of confidentiality and cybersecurity awareness
Comfortable documenting work effectively in a structured environment
